Country Pure Foods - Soap Box Derby Sweepstakes

There are two ways to enter: (1) Beginning 9:00 a.m. E.S.T. on March 1, 2006, log on to www.juice4u.com and click on the link on the home page to locate the official entry form. The entry form will require that a valid product code be entered, along with your e-mail address, a screen name, and date of birth. Your e-mail address will only be used to contact you if you are selected as a winner and, for participants 13 and over, for solicitations from Country Pure Foods consistent with the Privacy Policy posted on www.juice4u.com. The product code is located on the Ardmore Farms ® or Natural Country ® juice carton or may be obtained for free by mail (see below). Follow the on-screen directions to properly complete an entry form, and submit your entry electronically by 11:59 p.m. E.D.T. August 31, 2006. In order for entry to be valid, entrants must complete all required information and click on the "I accept" button on the web site. (2) To obtain a product code without a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to: Country Pure Foods, Attn: "Countdown to the Derby" Code Requests, 681 West Waterloo Road, Akron, Ohio 44314. Vermont residents may omit postage on return envelopes. Entrant may then log on to www.juice4u.com to locate the official entry form and follow directions to properly complete an entry form, as described above. Requests must be postmarked by August 22, 2006 and received by August 25, 2006. Beginning August 23, 2006, you may obtain a free product code by sending an e-mail to promotions@juice4u.com. The e-mail must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. E.D.T on August 30, 2006.

All online entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. E.D.T. on August 31, 2006. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD, AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER DAY. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, undelivered, garbled, damaged, incomplete entries/code requests, invalid code entries or for postage due mail. Sweepstakes Parties also assume no responsibility for any technical problems in connection with transmission or receipt of online entries including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes service) are not allowed. No other attempted method of entry will be accepted. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

Weekly prize winners will be selected in weekly random drawings to take place on Friday of each week from all entries received by 12:00 P.M. on the previous Thursday beginning Friday, March 10, 2006 with the last drawing to take place on Friday, September 8, 2006. Grand Prize winner will be selected on Friday, September 8, 2006 after the weekly prize winners have been selected. The weekly random drawings will be conducted by authorized representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the preceding weeks. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent weekly drawings and the Grand Prize drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If any prize or prize correspondence (including e-mail) is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If winner is under 13 years of age, an e-mail notification will be sent to winner requesting an e-mail address for winner's parent or legal guardian. An e-mail will then be sent to the winner's parent or legal guardian requesting that the parent or legal guardian provide Sponsor with an address for delivery of the prize. Winner and parent/legal guardian will each have fourteen (14) days to reply to these e-mails or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Grand Prize winner and each First Prize winner (or such winner's parent or legal guardian, if winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within twenty-one (21) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

FOUR HUNDRED NINETY FOUR (494) SECOND PRIZES (19 per week): $10.00 gift certificate for iTunes ® music downloads. Approximate Retail Value: $10.00 each.
NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT (988) THIRD PRIZES (38 per week): Logo T-Shirt. Approximate Retail Value: $8.00 each.

The total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes is: $18,518.00

No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If any prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be awarded only to an address within the United States. Winner is solely responsible for any tax on Prizes. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Each winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize, if applicable per IRS regulations. By participating, entrants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at www.juice4u.com) and to the Judge's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or website. This sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, with venue in Ohio, and by entering participants consent to jurisdiction in, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Summit, Ohio.

By accepting any prize, winner (and winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree that the Sweepstakes Parties, participating retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; or from participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto. Except if winner is a resident of Tennessee or where prohibited by law, by accepting prize winner (and winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
